About Utah Draw Guide
An independent guide to Utah big game draw odds, built from public DWR reports.
Who runs this site
Utah Draw Guide is an independent website. It is not run by, endorsed by or connected to the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources (DWR), the Utah Wildlife Board or utahdraws.com. We do not sell licenses, take applications, hold points or run hunts. You apply only at the official site, utahdraws.com.
Where the numbers come from
- Drawing odds: Utah DWR drawing odds report PDFs, 2018 to 2025, wildlife.utah.gov/biggame/odds, and Utah DWR draw odds for 2026 onward at utahdraws.com/drawodds (first-choice applicants and permits by point level). We parse the PDFs and check that each hunt's rows add up to DWR's printed totals. Where DWR's own totals disagree with its rows, we say so on the page.
- Season dates, fees and rules: DWR's 2026 Big Game Application Guidebook and 2026 Antlerless Application Guidebook.
- Hunt boundaries: DWR's 2026 hunt boundary layers, simplified for display. The legal boundary is on the DWR Hunt Planner.
We link to DWR's original PDFs and never rehost them. Our text is our own; the numbers are DWR's.
Image credits
Some images are AI-generated illustrations. They show game species, seasons and ways to hunt in general, never a particular unit, animal or hunter. Maps and charts are drawn from DWR data.
